Job Openings

Starting from April 2026, we will be revising our salary structure with an eye toward the future. Taking into account changes in the business environment and society as a whole, and in order to create an environment where both full-time and part-time instructors can work with peace of mind and grow in a positive direction, we have decided to revise our salary levels starting from April 2026.

In this revision, we are reviewing the system so that each person's work content, role, and daily efforts are evaluated more carefully, and individual growth is more easily reflected in compensation.

For those who are just joining us, we have set up a structure in which you can work comfortably and for the long term in an environment that values effort and challenge.

Going forward, our school continues to value both a comfortable working environment and a sense of purpose, and we hope to grow together as one.

Please note that some other websites may not yet reflect these changes. Job listing information for positions from April 2026 onward will be posted at the bottom of this page. Changes are highlighted in red, so please check carefully. We look forward to the day we can work with you.

☆ Difference between Full-Time Instructors and Contract Instructors

At our school, the job content for full-time instructors and contract instructors is basically the same.

Both positions involve full-time teaching and class management.

<Key differences between Full-Time Instructors and Contract Instructors>

The basic path is to start as a contract instructor, and after approximately 6 months to 1 year of observing work performance and classroom quality, transition to a full-time instructor (permanent employee). Those who start as part-time instructors may also be promoted through the steps of "part-time instructor → contract instructor → full-time instructor."

<About Promotion Opportunities>

Depending on experience, ability, and contribution to the school, it is possible to be promoted directly to full-time instructor, skipping the contract instructor stage. If you have any questions about working arrangements or promotions, please feel free to contact us.
