3 Attractions of ASAHI文化学院
Thank you for visiting this page!
The fact that you've come to this page suggests you have at least some interest in our school.
For you, we'd like to share 3 attractions to help you get to know us even better!
Please read to the end.
We hope that after learning about the great things our school has to offer, you'll find a new direction for your future!
1: A New Building, A New Start
Believe it or not, our long-awaited new school building has been completed at our school.
Take a look — a beautiful, gleaming white new learning space.
Starting from April 2025, we are conducting classes using both the new and old buildings. That means you will have the opportunity to teach in the new building too!
The new building is not just a structure. It is a "new starting point" for building the future together with our students.
Why not bring your ideas and passion to life in this new space? Let's shine together for students and the future of education from here!
2: Administrative Work After Class — Flexible and Stress-Free! A Great Working Environment for Part-Time Instructors
In many Japanese language schools, administrative tasks such as grading short quizzes and correcting homework arise after class. Many people say this becomes a major burden and source of stress.
However, our school is different!
Grading and correction are "optional"!
At our school, there are three administrative tasks after class:
- Grading and correction of homework/assignments (optional)
- Lesson report (required)
- Attendance registration (required)
Item 1, grading and correction, is not mandatory. We have a dedicated academic assistant for grading, so you can delegate that work. Of course, if you have time or prefer to do it yourself, you are welcome to do so. (Allowance included)
Supporting flexible work styles!
"2. Lesson report" and "3. Attendance registration" are required, but can be done anywhere with an internet connection. You can leave right after class and do your administrative work at home or wherever you like.
This is the perfect environment for those who want to value "working in a way that suits them"! We look forward to welcoming you in a workplace where you can teach comfortably, in your own way!
3: Unsure Where to Work? Our Warm Workplace Relationships Are Our Pride!
Fortunately, our part-time instructors highly rate the "positive workplace atmosphere." We believe the reason is the comfortable, relaxed environment — not too tense.
For example —
- An environment where you can easily ask for advice when struggling with lesson preparation
- Not a rigid superior-subordinate relationship, but a collaborative "team"-based relationship
This culture of mutual support leads to a comfortable working environment.
For Those Aiming to Become Japanese Language Teachers
You may have endless worries about lesson preparation, knowledge, and handling unexpected questions. When you're thinking it over alone, time can slip away without solutions.
At our school, we work together with you to resolve your anxieties and questions.
Share what you don't understand, and let's support each other as a team.
Even with little experience, you'll be fine!
Build your experience and confidence at our school.
If you're thinking "I want to work in a warm workplace," please consider our school once. We sincerely look forward to hearing from you.
