We are pleased to inform you that a transition in leadership has taken place at our academy. Mr. Tadashi Sakamoto has been appointed as the new Principal. Meanwhile, former Principal Masao Mori has assumed the title of "Honorary Principal" upon retirement and will continue to be involved in the academy's educational activities.

Under this new structure, all faculty and staff are committed to further enhancing education and improving student support. We look forward to your continued support and cooperation.

Taking into account changes in the business environment and society, and in order to provide an environment where both full-time and part-time instructors can work with peace of mind and grow positively, our academy has decided to revise its salary structure from April 2026.

This revision involves a more careful evaluation of job responsibilities, roles, and daily contributions, restructuring the system so that individual growth is more readily reflected in compensation.
