Student Dormitory

The student dormitories are located within a walkable distance of about 1 km from the school, in a pleasant residential neighborhood close to a train station. All dormitories are equipped with air conditioning systems, and bathrooms and showers are available for free use, providing a comfortable and clean living space.

Room rates vary by dormitory. The estimated monthly room rate is as follows: Approximately 15,000–30,000 yen per person per month (4–2 people per room; utilities billed separately) ※ Before moving in, please pay one full year of tuition fees plus 120,000 yen for dormitory fees and a security deposit all at once. The breakdown of the 120,000 yen is: Security deposit 50,000 yen, bedding fee (approx. 6,000 yen), and dormitory fees. ※ The security deposit will be returned after deducting the key replacement fee, provided there is no damage to the room or fixtures and the room is restored to its original condition.

Anyone wishing to move into the dormitory should contact our school to check availability.

※ Notes

1. If you cancel your application after submitting the dormitory application form, the 50,000 yen security deposit will be treated as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded. 2. Upon moving out, cleaning fees, repair costs, key replacement fees, and any unpaid electricity, gas, and water bills will be deducted from the security deposit. 3. Gas, electricity, and internet are billed at actual cost.

Dormitory move-in welcome service: Students moving into a school dormitory will be met at Chubu Centrair International Airport and guided to the dormitory.
